Patna,(BiharTimes): The Nalanda Police on Friday filed a chargesheet against rape accused Nawada RJD MLA, Raj Ballabh Yadav, and four others, including three women, in Nalanda court.

The charge-sheet was filed by IO of Women’s Police Station, Mridula Kumari. She said all facts are available against the MLA and others. The chargesheet called for speedy trial of the case.

The MLA surrendered on March 10 last. The alleged rape took place on February 6 and the incident came to light on Feburay 9.

Various women’s groups are demanding the cancellation of his membership of Assembly of Raj Ballabh.

They even protested before the Assembly on Thursday.
