In a Press Release the NAPM held the district police and civil administration as well as Bajrang Dal, Vishwa Hindu Parishad and their affiliates directly responsible for whatever had happened in three days in Chapra town and the almost entire Saran district.

Several local activists such as Santosh Kumar Singh, Sanjeev Kumar Sharma and Pramod were also in the team.

The incident, according to the Press Release, created a sense of fear among the Muslims.

They demanded appropriate payment of compensation to the victims within a week and immediate action against all those involved in the incident.

According to the NAPM team the police was informed by the people of Maker about the video. The Bangalore-based Mubajara, who is accused of making the video viral, belongs to this block.
