Patna,(BiharTimes): Two students of Patna College sustained injuries in a group clash on the campus on Wednesday afternoon.
The two groups exchanged fire and threw stones at each other in the incident.
Reports said that while Neeraj, a student leader, was hit on the waist as someone opened fire on him. Other student, Raja, was injured in brickbatting. Both are undergoing treatment in PMCH and are there condition is stable.
City SP Chandan Kushwaha reached the spot and the police are probing the reason behind the incident.
As those involved in the firing are said to be the inmates of Sayeedpur Hostel raids are being carried out to identify the accused and arrest them.
The broadday firing on the campus is not the first incident of its king in Patna College.
