Rabri, SuMo seek apology from each other

Patna,(BiharTimes): Former Bihar chief minister Rabri Devi on Thursday sought apology from the leader of the opposition in the state legislative council Sushil Kumar Modi for calling RJD chief Lalu Prasad ‘chor’ (thief).

She said that since SuMo had made the allegation on the floor of the Upper House he should come here and apologise. Rabri said that neither Lalu nor Sonia Gandhi, whom too SuMo had criticized, are the members of the House.

On the other hand BJP members in the council––SuMo is the leader of the BJP in this House––demanded apology from Rabri Devi for her remarks made on Tuesday on chief minister Nitish Kumar. Rabri had later withdrawn her statement saying she was just joking.

The BJP members raised the slogans: “Rabri Devi maafi mango, maafi mango. (Rabri Devi apologise.)
