Patna,(BiharTimes): The LLB degree of former Law Minister of Delhi and Aam Admi Party MLA Jitender Singh Tomar was on Friday cancelled by the examination board and the disciplinary committee of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU).
The issue would now be put up before the Syndicate of the University for its approval before sending it to the Chancellor for his approval.
The seven members of the examination board was headed by TMBU Vice Chancellor Rama Shanker Dubey.
The board decided to initiate legal proceedings against Tomar as well as against officials responsible for issuing the degree through irregular and illegal means.
