Pappu announces protest campaign against demonetization
Patna,(BiharTimes): The leader of Bihar Jan Adhikar Party and Madhepura MP, Pappu Yadav, on Saturday announced a state-wide campaign against the BJP and other NDA leaders in protest against the demonetization policy of the Narendra Modi government.
Announcing this programme he said that on December 20 train services would be jammed all over Bihar; on December 21 there would be total road-blockade all over the state and on December 23 sit-in (dharna) would be staged outside the houses and offices of the BJP and other NDA MPs and legislators.
Coming down heavily on the Union government he said that the November 8 move had caused immense hardship to the people of the country. The poor people are the worst hit, yet the Centre is looking the other way round.
