All four witnesses in Aditya murder case turn hostile
Patna,(BiharTimes): With Ankit and Kaifi on Tuesday failing to recognise Rakesh Ranjan alias Rocky in the trial court all the four eye-witnesses in the Aditya Sachdeva murder case have turned hostile.
Aditya was shot dead on May 7 in a road rage incident.
Earlier, Ayush Agarwal and Nassir Hussain had turned hostile during witness trial on November 30. All the four were travelling in the same vehicle with Aditya.
The eye-witnesses have admitted being with Aditya in the car on May 7, the day the Class XII student was shot dead near Gaya Central Jail.
Rocky’s mother Manorama Devi is a JD(U) MLC and father Bindi Yadav has a questionable past. Interestingly the two have close friends in RJD as well as in the BJP. At least two Union ministers are considered close to the family.
With such a strong political connection one can hardly expect anyone to give witness in the court.
