Lalu against increase in retirement age of doctors

 


Patna,(BiharTimes): Though chief minister Nitish Kumar, while attending a function at Nalanda Medical College and Hospital last year, announced that his government would raise the retirement age of the doctors RJD chief Lalu Prasad said he is against it as youngsters are not getting job.


Addressing Homeopathic Science Congress in Patna on Saturday in place of his health minister son Tej Pratap Yadav he spoke on various issues from medicine to internet marriages.


Praising the role of Homeopathy he said, amidst laughter, it is because of it that people’s life span has increased and are now living even upto the age of 80. He said that allopathy excels only in chir-phar (surgery).


He said that in old days people would use urine as antiseptic while today they are using Dettol.This is the only progress in medical science made through the ages, he said in an inimitable style.
