Patna,(BiharTimes): A fortnight after the lodging of an FIR the Nalanda police on Thursday arrested Sulekha Devi, the woman who was accused of taking a schoolgirl to the (now suspended) RJD MLA, Raj Ballabh Prasad Yadav, who allegedly committed rape on the night of February 6. The FIR in this regard was filed on February 9.

Police also arrested her mother Radha Devi, daughter Chhoti Kumari and younger sister Tulsi Devi. Moti Ram, who helped them dodge police, was also arrested.

According to Nalanda SP Kumar Ashish they were caught from Khaddi village under the Hilsa police station area of Nalanda district.

The SP said Sulekha had corroborated the allegations of the rape survivor.
