Patna,(BiharTimes): A day after Additional District and Sessions Judge Rashmi Shikha had ordered attachment of property of the rape accused RJD MLA Raj Ballabh Prasad Yadav the police went into action.

Led by a trainee woman IPS officer a police team from both Nalanda and Nawada districts reached the MLA’s house at village Englishpar Pathra under Muffasil police station of Nawada on Sunday and attached his property.

Two truck loads of households goods belonging to the MLA have been seized.

The licences of MLA’s rifle, pistol and a double-barrel gun have already been suspended by the district administration. He has also been asked to deposit arms with the concerned police station failing which his licenses would be cancelled.
