Raghuvansh follows Lalu, asks govt to check crime

Patna,(BiharTimes): Two days after Lalu Prasad’s comment on deteriorating law and order situation RJD vice president Raghuvansh Prasad Singh said on Thursday it was the responsibility of the state government to check the slide in law and order situation.

Talking to media he said that Nitish Kumar, who is at the helm of affairs in Bihar, should initiate stern measures to check further deterioration.

He conceded that sensational murders of three engineers in Bihar recently have proved that law and order is not good in the state.

Raghuvansh said the RJD is sitting on the back seat and it is the primary duty of man on the steering to drive the vehicle safely.

He said Janata Dal (United) people are in the habit of listening to words of appreciation which they should now end.

When Lalu made a similar comment a couple of days back the state JD(U) chief, Vashistha Narayan Singh, party spokesman, Neeraj Kumar, and former minister Shyam Rajak, came to defend Nitish Kumar.
