Patna,(BiharTimes): Senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi on Friday strongly criticized RJD chief Lalu Prasad for exerting pressure on Congress as revealed by the disclosure made by the former Union law minister Hansraj Bhardwaj.

Talking to the media he also flayed Congress for coming under the pressure of Lalu and added that the latter may continue to put all sorts of pressure on Nitish Kumar-led government in Bihar. “The people of the country have finally come to know what type of pressure Lalu Yadav used to built when he was in the Union cabinet,” he said.

Reacting to Bhardwaj RJD chief asked: “Us samay kyon nahin bole”(Why he did not speak then).

On the other hand JD(U) chief Sharad Yadav skirted the question by saying “Let bygones be bygones”.
RJD spokesman Monoj Jha said that there is no point in raising the baseless issue 10-11 years later. “Achanak gyan ki prapti ho gayee,” (Has he got some revelation now?).

On the other hand the Congresws party spokesman, Abhishek Manu Sanghvi told newsmen in Delhi “better ask him (Bhardwaj) about the statement…Why should I comment on someone else’s statement,” he added.
