Patna,(BiharTimes): Reiterating that people of Bihar are living in constant state of fear because of the deteriorating law and order situation senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi said that a delegation of his party would soon meet the governor and submit a memorandum to seek his attention.

Talking to journalists at a Makar Sankranti lunch at his official residence on Saturday SuMo asserted that the team would request the governor to review the law and order situation and intervene in the matter. He has the constitutional power to do so, the former deputy CM said.

SuMo claimed that the accused in last month’s murder of two engineers in Darbhanga has not yet been arrested.

He said that Nitish Kumar is unable to work because he is under pressure from RJD chief Lalu Prasad.
