Patna,(BiharTimes): Leader of opposition in the Bihar Assembly Prem Kumar said on Sunday that not only the law and order situation has deteriorated, the state government has also been slow in utilizing the budgetary Plan fund for the financial year 2015-16.
According to him the state government has till now utilized only 45% of the Rs52,000 crore worth of Plan fund pertaining to the current financial year. The state government would have to utilize the remaining 55% over the next 74 days.
He wondered how the state government would be able to achieve it.
