Patna,(BiharTimes): The Patna high court on Friday dismissed the BJP’s plea to allot the Shri Krishna Memorial Hall for celebrating the birth anniversary of former chief minister Karpoori Thakur.

Thus now the Janata Dal (United) would be holding its function on that occasion on January 24.

However, the BJP still claims that it would be go on with its programme at the S K Memorial Hall on the same day.

The dispute started last week after both the parties claimed that they booked the Hall earlier.
