I can inspect, hold Janata Darbar: SuMo

Patna,(BiharTimes): Countering the chief minister Nitish Kumar’s statement as to in which capacity is the Bihar BJP leaders inspecting railway stations and holding Janata Darbar former deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi said on Monday that he, being leader of opposition, has constitutional right to conduct inspections and hold Janata Darbar to apprise self of the problems of people and raise voice to find their solution.

It was on Karpoori Jyanti on Jan 24 that Nitish Kumar, while defending Lalu Prasad’s visit to Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences raised this issue. He denied that Lalu is working as super CM and said that the RJD chief is just performing a job, which people’s respresentatives do.

SuMo also said that Nitish should appoint RJD chief as his adviser and give him the status of cabinet minister, as he had done in the case of Prashant Kishor. Only in this capacity he would get a constitutional right to to make inspections.
