Patna,(BiharTimes): Former deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi has asked the Nitish Kumar government to release a White Paper on its Badh Chala Bihar campaign launched a few months before the last year’s Assembly election.

He had asked as to what had happened to Vision Document 2025 of the Bihar government.
In a statement on his Twitter account the senior BJP leader questioned as to how many villages have so far been reached. Some 400 vehicles were supposed to fan to about 40,000 villages of the state.

SuMo alleged that there was no intention to reach the people, hold seminars or engage in development dialogues at various places. It was actually an election campaign of the Janata Dal (United) and the state government machinery was misused for this purpose.

He said nothing has been heard about it after the election was over.
