Patna,(BiharTimes): Madhuri Narain (78), wife of former Director General of Police, Gajendra Narain, lost her gold chain when two motor-cycle borne criminals snatched it from her while she was returning home from morning walk at about 9:15 AM on Thursday. The incident took place near Children’s Park in S K Puri.

She and her husband, who was walking about 20 steps ahead, raised alarm and even tried to chase the criminals but to no avail. The couple live in a house not far away from the Children's Park, where they go every morning for walk. An FIR has been lodged in the S K Puri police station.
