Patna,(BiharTimes): Former Union minister and BJP leader Ram Jethmalani, who is a senior Supreme Court lawyer, will plead the case of rape-accused MLA Raj Ballabh Prasad Yadav when his anticipatory bail petition comes up for hearing in the Patna high court this week.
This information was given by a Biharsharif lawyer Kamlesh Kumar, who had filed the MLA’s anticipatory bail application in the court of Nalanda ADJ Rashmi Shikha on February 17.
