Patna,(BiharTimes): Patna-based Chanakya National Law University (CNLU) has become the first institute of Bihar to receive ‘A’ grade from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
According to the 13th meeting of the NAAC standing committee held on March 17, CNLU, Patna Training College, Rajkiya Mahila Mahavidyalaya (Patna City) and Satyendra Narain Sinha College (Jehanabad) got NAAC grades.
CNLU was awarded ‘A’ grade, while the other three were awarded ‘B’. CNLU, with its overall 3.15 CGPA (cumulative grade points average), has thus become the first institute in Bihar to be graded ‘A’. The tally of NAAC-accredited institutes in Bihar has risen to 52.
