Patna:Ttwo MLAs of ruling Grand Alliance were caught on camera while engaging in an ugly argument with each other at the gate of BiharLegislative Council on Wednesday.

The argument went to such an extent that the JDU legislator Raj Kishore Kushwaha threatened Congress MLA Dilip Choudhary that he will cut his tongue.
