Patna,(BiharTimes): The member-secretary of Asian Development Research Institute (ADRI), Shaibal Gupta, has been co-opted as one of the members of Governing Body of National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP), New Delhi, for a term of four years.

Other members of NIPFP Governing Body include Chief Economic Advisor Arvind Subramanian and NITI Ayog member Bibek Debroy.
