Patma,(BiharTimes): Fulfilling one of the Seven Resolves of the Grand Alliance made on the eve of last year’s Assembly election the state cabinet on Thursday approved the revised amount of Rs 220.50 crore for providing free Wi Fi connectivity to all the universities and colleges of Bihar.

According to the principal secretary cabinet secretariat department Brajesh Mehrotra earlier proposed amount for WI FI connectivity was Rs 185 crore. As some of the colleges were left out the revised amount--after inclusion of all the colleges––stand at Rs 220.50 crore.

Free Wi Fi facility may go a long way to make the youths of the state techno-friendly.
