Patna,(BiharTimes): The Gaya district administration on Friday cancelled the arms licences of suspended JD (U) MLC Manorama Devi and her husband Bideshwar Prasad Yadav alias Bindi Yadav.
On the other hand the PRO of Delhi Police had in a Press statement said that if Bihar Police send report against Rocky Yadav, his licence for arms might be cancelled.

Bindi was issued a firearms licence by the government in 1991 when there was no criminal case against him.

But he continued to enjoy this facility even when so many cases were lodged against him. In 2011 sedition cse was lodged against him after over 4,000 rounds of AK-47 ammunition was recovered from his possession.

Not only that his son, Rocky, got licence in Delhi in 2013.

His MLC wife, Manorama Devi had three arms licences issued in her name––one for a rifle, one for a revolver and the third one for a double-barreled gun.
