Raghuvansh tills own land, blasts Narendra Modi for great betrayal
Patna,(BiharTimes): Former Union rural development minister and RJD vice president Raghuvansh Prasad Singh has taken sickle and plough in his hands to cut his crop and till his own agricultural land in his home state, Bihar.
Talking to the media he said that due to demonetization one is not able to pay wages to farm labourers.
“In such a situation I was left with no option but to take up sickle and plough to do harvesting and cultivation works. Harvesting and sowing would not wait for Narendra Modi. This is a great betrayal by Narendra Modi…The poor are feeling cheated,” he said while mincing no words to denounce the prime minister’s unprepared demonetization move.
