K C Tyagi blasts Narendra Modi for holding rally in Agra after rail tragedy

Patna,(BiharTimes): The national spokesman of Janata Dal (United) K C Tyagi has come down heavily on prime minister Narendra Modi for holding a rally in Agra, which, according to him is so close to the site of accident of Indore-Patna Express in which so far 127 lives have been lost.

Tyagi said that when Bihar and Uttar Pradesh governments cancelled all the function to mourn the death of so many people the prime minister of the country was addressing a public meeting in Agra, just 15-minutes away from the spot in Kanpur Dehat.

Instead of visiting the site and consoling the near and dear ones of those who died or suffered injuries the prime minister showed utter insensitiveness, he added.

“It is a national tragedy. The PM should not have taken part in this campaing. UP and Bihar governments cancelled all the functions,” the JD(U) Rajya Sabha MP said.
