BJP workers burn Bengal CM’s effigy, raise slogan ‘Mamata Banerjee wapas jao’





Patna,(BiharTimes):  The Patna Mahanagar unit of the BJP on Wednesday burnt the effigy of Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee and raised slogans ‘Mamata Banerjee wapas jao’.

A small crowd of BJP workers gathered at Kargil Chowk in protest aginast Mamata’s sit-in (dharna) in Gardanibagh locality of the state capital.

Several senior RJD leaders, including national vice president Raghuvansh Prasad Singh and state party chief, Ram Chandra Purvey, took part in the sit-in. A large number of people took part in it.

Though Mamata met Lalu on Tuesday night amd showered praise on him and deputy CM Tejaswi Prasad, the RJD national president did not turn up because he is not keeping up well.
