Bihar may move SC to seek cancellation of Raj Ballabh’s bail
Patna,(BiharTimes): After Shahabuddin the state government is planning to move Supreme Court to seek cancellation of bail to suspended RJD MLA, Raj Ballabh Yadav. The latter was granted bail in a minor rape case by Patna high court on Friday.
According to the district magistrate of Nalanda, Tyagarajan S M the state home department was working out details in this regard. Raj Ballabh, the MLA of Nawada, had surrendered in a Biharsharif court
on March 10 after police attached his property. He was accused of raping a matric examinee of neighbouring Nalanda district on February 6 last.
