SuMo rejects allegation of indulging in contempt of court

Patna,(BiharTimes): Former deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi on Saturday rejected the allegation that he was indulging in contempt of court by questioning the granting of bail to RJD strongman, Mohammad Shahabuddin. He told mediapersons that he never said anything against the court ruling. What he said was that the state government paved the way for the release of the former Siwan MP by not pleading the case strongly before the Patna high court. He was responding to the allegation levelled by deputy CM, Tejaswi Prasad Yadav that the BJP leader was indulging in contempt of court.
