Patna,(BiharTimes): The Janata Dal (United) on Sunday asked the Bharatiya Janata Party to stop talking about political morality as 95 out of 157 saffron party candidates who contested last year’s Assembly election had cognizable offences pending against them.
Talking to the media party’s spokesman, Neeraj Kumar, said that the BJP has no moral right to teach the lesson of morality.
“Who is the icon of terror Shahabuddin or Anant Singh?” he asked while referring to the alleged softness the BJP has developed for the latter.
Incidentally Anant Singh, former JD(U) MLA from Mokama, defeated Neeraj in the last year’s Assembly election.
