Prashant Bhushan to challenge bail of Shahabuddin

 

Patna,(BiharTimes): Senior Supreme Court lawyer Prashant Bhushan will challenge bail of former RJD MP Mohammed Shahabuddin in the apex court. He tweeted on Sunday that it is “Shameful that HC granted bail to notorious Gangster/politico (RJD) Shahabuddin. Hv agreed to seek cancellation of Bail in SC on victims behalf. “The victim’s (Rajiv Roshan) family called me up and asked for help. Then I agreed to seek cancellation of bail in the Supreme Court,” he said. “Giving bail to such a notorious criminal is danger to society and so as soon as I will get case papers, I will move to Supreme Court,” he further added. Shahabuddin was granted bail by Patna high court early this month in Rajiv Roshan murder case.     comments powered by Disqus
