Jungle-raaj returns to Bihar with no rules on so many SUVs-cars convoy carrying bailed-out convict from jail to his native village: Will Bihar Chief Minister react?
It can happen only in India that a criminal released on 11.09.2016 on bail on orders of Patna High Court having so many criminal cases against him including of murders get such an enthusiastic welcome on his bailed-out release from jail that all rules including like crossing toll-plazas without paying toll-fees and other traffic-rules violated for taking out a big convoy of hundreds of SUVs, cars and other vehicles (some media-reports indicate number of vehicles in convoy exceeding much beyond even one thousand) including of ministers, MLAs and other political heavyweights in state of Bihar.
Evidently such a support to the muscled politician by political rulers (ministers) of the state may prevent filing an appeal against decision of Patna High Court to give bail to the heavyweight politician convicted for charges of murders and other crimes. It is now to be seen how Bihar Chief Minister manages with his allied political partner in the state which is in full support for the released politician on bail.
