Journalist Rajdeo’s wife moves SC, seeks transfer of probe to New Delhi
Patna,(BiharTimes): The wife of Rajdev Ranjan, the Hindustan journalist who was killed in Siwan on May 13, on Wednesday, moved Supreme Court seeking transfer of trial and investigation in the murder case to New Delhi.
Alleging that media reports have shown two absconding killers of her husband in the company of recently-released RJD MP Shahabuddin and Bihar Health Minister Tej Pratap Yadav Asha Ranjan filed the plea through advocate Kislay Panday. She sought reliefs including a direction to CBI to take up the investigation forthwith. The probe has already been transferred to the CBI.
