Bihar government moves SC seeking cancellation of Shahabuddin’s bail
Patna,(BiharTimes): The Bihar government on Friday moved the Supreme Court against a Patna high court order granting bail to Mohammad Shahabuddin, shortly after the apex court agreed to hear a plea by the father of three slain brothers seeking the cancellation of his bail.
Justice Jitendra Mohan Sharma of the Patna high court had on September 7 granted bail to Shahabuddin as the trial in the case of the murder of Chandrakeshwar Prasad’s third son has not yet commenced.
