Sushil Modi asks 10 questions from Nitish Kumar on Shahabuddin issue

 

 






Patna(BiharTimes):Former deputy Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Sushil Modi has asked ten questions from Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kuumar on the issue of recently granted bail to RJD strongman Shahabuddin.He sought an answer from chief minister Kumar not to become "Manmohan Singh" (maintaining silence).

  1. RJD MP and senior lawyer Ram Jethmalani will be appearing for Mohammad Shahabuddin on Monday in the Supreme Court. Will the state govt field a senior and top lawyer to challenge Shahabuddin's bail ?
  2. Is the government ready to ensure that all cases related to Shahabuddin are monitored by the Apex court ?
  3. Is the government ready to extern Shahabuddin from Bihar and get all cases relating him be tried outside Bihar ?
  4. Why has Nitish Kumar not pressured RJD Chief Lalu Prasad to sack Shahabuddin from RJD as he is a history sheeter ?
  5. Why has the state govt not made an effort to re-start trial in Shahabuddin's pending cases in which trial have stopped for last three years ?
  6. Even after six months, the state govt did not challenge the bail which was granted to Shahabuddin in the murder of two brothers- why ?
  7. Despite Patna High Court's orders, why trial did not start in eyewitness Rajiv Roshan murder case even after 6 months ?
  8. Why did state government not challenge bail granted to Shahabuddin in apex court and why it waited for senior counsel Prashant Bhushan to first challenge the don's bail ?
  9. Why no action has been taken against Bihar Minister Abdul Gafoor who had met Shahabuddin in jail in March this year ?
  10. Why the victory procession of Shahabuddin from Bhagalpur to Siwan was not stopped after his release from Bhagalpur jail?
