IAS Officers’ Association to submit fresh memorandum on Sudhir’s arrest





Patna,(BiharTimes): The Bihar chapter of IAS Officers’ Association on Thursday withdrew the memorandum it had submitted to the state Governor and Speaker after the arrest of former chairman of Bihar Staff Selection Committee (BSSC), Sudhir Kumar, on February 24.

According to the vice-president of Association Tripurari Sharan a fresh memorandum would be submitted to the Governor and Speaker after making certain amendments as the earlier one was not drafted properly.

The Association had submitted a memorandum to Governor Ram Nath Kovind on February 26 demanding a CBI probe into the case besides raising several other objections. The Association also submitted a memorandum to Assembly Speaker Vijay Kumar Choudhary on February 27.
