SuMo seeks all-party probe into ‘soil purchase scam’
Patna,(BiharTimes): Senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi on Wednesday called for the setting up of an all-party committee to probe, what he called, the soil purchase scam.
The statement came a day after he asked chief minister Nitish Kumar to sack environment and forest minister Tej Pratap Yadav as he was involved in the Rs 90 lakh scam.
SuMo said that since the RJD supremo and Tej Pratap’s father is open to probe by any agency, the chief minister should set up an all-party committee to probe the alleged 'soil purchase scam without any delay.
While Tej Pratap threatened to file defamation case against SuMo, his father RJD chief Lalu Prasad said his family was ready to face investigation by any agency.
