Bihar BJP leader accuses SuMo of conspiring his defeat

Patna,(BiharTimes): The infighting within the Bihar BJP took a new turn with a senior  face and former minister Satyadeo Narain Arya directly accusing the former deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi of conspiring his defeat from Rajgir Assembly constituency in the last election.

Not only that he refused to share dais with him and leader of opposition in the state Assembly Prem Kumar at a function organized on the eve of the birth anniversary of the architect of Constitution and Dalit icon, B R Ambedkar.

So upset he was that he declined to go to dais in spite of repeated requests made by party leaders, including former state party chief Mangal Pandey.

Later while talking to the media he explained that he was neither informed nor invited to the programme. It was only when the Khagaria district president of the party rang him up to ask as to why Arya was absent from the function that the latter came to know that any such function is going on.

“Usually this function is organized on April 14, but when I was asked by the Khagaria district president as to why I was not present on the dais that I said that I am not even aware of the programme. However, I came to the venue, but preferred to sat in the gallery,” he said.

It was only then that he came down heavily on Sushil Modi and others and blamed them for his defeat.
Arya ’s diatribe came on the day when party MLA Nitin Navin strongly criticized Sudhir Sharma and Sunil Kumar Pintu to work as party workers and do not behave like senaparti.

Both Sudhir and Pintu reiterated their charges against state party chief Nityanand Rai. Sudhir also said that he had not received any notice from the party.
