Patna,(BiharTimes): The Supreme Court on Thursday refused to grant bail to one of the main accused in the Toppers’ Scam case, Bachha Rai.The Patna High Court had last month granted conditional bail to Rai. He got bail after not being convicted by the lower court within a month.
Rai, who was the Secretary-cum Principal of Vishun Rai College in Vaishali district, had surrendered before the police in June last year. Arts and Science toppers Ruby Rai and Saurabh Shrestha were students of this college.
