Patna,(BiharTimes): BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi on Saturday alleged that Bihar deputy chief minister Tejaswi Yadav owns ‘benami’ property worth Rs 115 crore in Delhi.

SuMo disclosed as to how RJD chief Lalu Prasad and his family, through another shell company AB Exports Pvt Ltd acquired this ‘benami’ property in the national capital.

Modi claimed based on documentary evidences," Lalu Yadav’s family owns a four storied building worth Rs 115 crore in New Delhi’s posh locality New Friends Colony." He further mentioned its address as D-1088 constructed on 800 sq. meter land.

He further said five Mumbai-based Diamond Companies: Alka Diamond industries, Real Gold Trading Pvt Ltd, Hema Trading Pvt Ltd and Yash Jewellers had issued interest-free loans to AB Exports Pvt Ltd for purchasing a plot in New Delhi.

.“We fail to understand why these five diamond companies gave interest-free loans to the company,” he said. Currently, Tejaswi Yadav is having 98% of shares in AB export.

The senior BJP leader said that similar to Delight Marketing Pvt Ltd and AK Infosystems, AB Exports Ltd also  transferred the shareholding in this company to Lalu and his family members in 2011. This company was promoted by Mumbai based businessman Ashok Kumar Banthiya.
