Patna,(BiharTimes): When his party’s Bihar unit president Akhtar-ul-Iman is busy targeting both the RJD and JD(U) the national president ofAll India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) Asaduddin Owaisi, appears to have softened his stand towards Lalu Prasad and has extended the hand of friendship towards him.
> According to the news agency ANI, he said if RJD supremo want to fight the communal forces, he can not fight them alone.
“Lalu Yadav sb you can’t fight communal forces alone, if you have to fight them then do it
strongly,” said Owaisi while addressing a public meeting organized in remembrance of Abdul Wahed Owaisi in Hyderabad. It was Abdul Wahed Owaisi who had revived the AIMIM.
The Hyderababd MP demanded that the people of Seemanchal should be given its due.
AIMIM had in 2015 unsuccessfully contested election from six Assembly seats in Seemanchal.
During the entire eletion campaign Owaisis targeted the Grand Alliance more vociferously than BJP. He used to single out Lalu Praad for his criticism. That is why most Muslims in Bihar consider him an agent of the BJP, who is out to divide the secular votes.
