Lalu, Tejashwi blame SuMo for attack on latter’s carcade
Patna,(BiharTimes): Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and his son Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Wednesday held deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi responsible for the attack on the latter’s carcade.
Talking to the media Lalu said that the attack was orchestrated by Sushil Modi himself to genereate sympathy for himself as he is in trouble after the unearthing of the multi-crore Srijan Scam in Bhagalpur.
He said that the deputy chief minister can not escape the responsibility of what had happened in Bhagalpur. He would now face the music of CBI.
On the other hand former deputy CM Tejashwi Prasad Yadav strongly denied that RJD workers were involved in the attack. He also said that this is the handiwork of BJP workers as the saffron party wants to blame his party.
However, independent observers question the role of district administration. “How was the cavalcade of the deputy CM allowed to pass when the crowd which gathered to listen to his predecessor, Tejashwi Yadav, had not left the road? This is the failure of district administration,” said a political commentator while talking to the BiharTimes.
