Patna,(BiharTimes):  In an unprecedented development, all the block development officers (BDOs) and circle officers (COs) of the 20 blocks of chief minister Nitish Kumar’s home district, Nalanda, proceeded on a three-day mass leave on Thursday.

Demanding immediate release of Hilsa CO Subodh Kumar the officers accused the vigilance bureau of wrongfully implicating the Hilsa CO. They threatened to intensify their agitation if the vigilance bureau did not withdraw the case against  him within three days.
