Patna,(BiharTimes): Ministers of the Nitish Kumar cabinet and legislators from various political parties on Tuesday donated blood at a camp organized on the occasion of 97th Foundation Day of the Bihar Assembly.
The blood collected at the camp will be sent to Patna Medical College and Hospital.
Bihar Assembly Speaker Vijay Chowdhary said on the occasion that this kind of camp is unheard of in state.
Legislators older than 64 years were not
allowed to donate blood.
Unlike last year former CM Rabri Devi and her two minister sons were not present at the camp.
