Patna (BiharTimes):Taking the probe of “Job Scam” further, special investigation team (SIT) of Patna police on Thursday arrested AVN School director Ramashish Singh, manager Ramsumer Singh, Random Classes coaching institute’s proprietor Rameshwar Kumar and Verma ITI coaching institute head Nitin Kumar besides Alok Ranjan and Kaushal Kumar.
“Initial investigation revealed that it was it was AVN school examination Centre from where question paper was leaked an hour before the examinations on January 29. Arrested accused have confessed that they got question papers before the examination on February 5 examination along with February 12 and 19 examinations” said Patna SSP Manu Maharaaj who is also heading the SIT team.
“The deals were finalsed by different middle men for 6-7 lakh each candidate. The amount was to be paid in different installments till the final selection was done. “The middlemen would keep the aspirant’s original certificates as security,” Maharaaj told media persons. Describing the modus operandi SSP said,” candidates were provided question papers along with answer on their WhatsApp after making the initial payment.
