Nitish rejects demand of CBI probe, assures stern action against exam scamsters





Patna,(BiharTimes): Rejecting demands of CBI probe into the BSSC exam leak scam made by BJP leaders Sushil Kumar Modi and Prem Kumar, chief minister Nitish Kumar on Monday assured the people of stern actions against all those involved in it.

Talking to the media at the sidelines of Jan Samwad he appealed to the people to have some trust on the investigation being done by the SIT headed by Patna SSP Manu Maharaj.

The chief minister said he does not believe either in implicating innocent persons or saving anyone in any case. He said how the SIT thoroughly investigated the Toppers’ Scam and arrested all those big names involved. Nobody, howsoever, mighty he or she may be,  would be spared , he added.

To a question Nitish said he wished the BPSC would declare the calendar of examination as per the practice with UPSC. The General Administrative Department is pursuring the matter with the BPSC in this regard.
