BJP leaders, workers flout rules, storm into airport to welcome Amit Shah

Patna,(BiharTimes): When BJP’s national president Amit Shah arrived in Patna in a chartered aircraft on January 10 (Tuesday) hundreds of party workers and supporters, threw all rules to the wind, and barged into the state hangar with flags, head bands and sirens to welcome him.

Reports saod that a large number of four-wheelers and two-wheelers were parked just outside the state hangar gate though it is a no-parking zone.

Not only this, none of them paid the mandatory parking fee.

Their activities caused a lot of hardship to the passengers at airport.

Ironically, BJP leaders, who are quick to accuse the Grand Alliance leaders for flouting any rule, were seen violating the law. Nobody was there to admonish the workers.

These very party workers in SUVs and two-wheelers escorted Shah from the airport to Takht Sri Harmandir Saheb, also violated traffic rules as the majority of them were not wearing helmets.

Later Amit Shah released a book on Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, offered prayers at Takht Sri Harmandir Saheb in Patna City and held meeting with party workers..
