Principal, husband of school from where Ganesh did Class-X arrested
Patna,(BiharTimes): The principal of the school in Samastipur from where Ganesh Kumar passed Class-X examination in 2015 was arrested by a team of Patna Police on Sunday.
Dev Kumari Devi (55), principal of the Sanjay Gandhi High School in Laxminia from where Ganesh had secured first division in the matriculation exam in 2015, was held in Rosera sub-divisional of Samastipur district on Sunday.
Her husband Ram Kumar (58), who is the former secretary of the school, was arrested in Laxminia village. Their son Gautam, who was employed as clerk in the school, was also taken into custody.
The arrest followed the interrogation of Ganesh and his associate Sanjay Kumar in Patna.
As reported Ganesh, who took the Intermediate exam this year from RSJN Inter College in Samastipur, was arrested from the Musallahpur locality of Patna on Friday evening on the charge of forging his date of birth and changing his name. In 2015.
Ganesh is a resident of Giridih in Jharkhand. He had mentioned his date of birth as June 2, 1993 in the affidavit submitted to the Sanjay Gandhi High School, Samastipur.
His actual date of birth is 1975 and first passed his matriculation in 1990 and I Com later.
