Patna,(BiharTimes): Eighteen days after he ‘gifted’ land to former chief minister Rabri Devi her fifth daughter, Hema Yadav, received 7.75 decimal of land worth Rs 62 lakh as an unexplained gift from Lallan Chaudhary, on February 13, 2014.
This was alleged by senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi (SuMo), here on Saturday.
The former deputy chief minister claimed that Lallan Chaudhary was listed as a below poverty line (BPL) resident of Siyadih in Siwan district.
He asked chief minister Nitish Kumar if a BPL member can donate property worth Rs one crore.
He said Nitish should get the matter probed else he would give all relevant papers to the Income Tax department and ask it to get it probed.
