Patna,(BiharTimes): Hours after RJD chief’s denial that he had made
any deal with the top BJP leaders senior BJP functionary Sushil Kumar
Modi on Thursday claimed that a couple of very senior RJD leaders had
called on two Union ministers in New Delhi to seek help in the cases
linked to the family members of Lalu Prasad.
The Union ministers, according to SuMo, did not entertain the request
of RJD leadeers.
The former deputy CM also said that the Union ministers told the RJD
leaders that nothing could be done in such cases.
Though Sushil Modi did not reveal the names of either the RJD leaders
or the central ministers whom they had met two months back media had
already reported that Lalu Prasad and Prem Gupta met Union finance
minister Arun Jaitley and transport minister Nitin Gadkari just
afterSuMo first levelled the allegation of money laundering against
the family members of RJD chief. After that day he had made several
other allegations.
SuMo also claimed he had spoken to the persons concerned, that is the
Union ministers.
